If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return of full cases only to Dot Systems, Inc. within 15 days of purchase. Please Note: Product must be in original case and resalable as new in order to be considered for credit. If product is a made-to-order, it is non-returnable. If Dot Systems, Inc. shipped you the wrong product, we will pay the return shipping cost, & there will not be a restocking cost. If Dot Systems, Inc. made no error, & you want to return a product, you will be responsible for the return freight cost, plus a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee. Again, the product must be as above, (in original case & resalable as new).
