Dot Systems, Inc. terms are as follows: (1) FOB shipping point, unless notified otherwise. (2) Customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If an order is shipped to a wrong address, which was provided to us by the customer, the customer takes full responsible for retrieving the product, or will be responsible for any added cost. (3) Customer is responsible for any added cost when wait time (cost) is added to the original cost.
